摘要
目的 针对临床护理工作内容具有多样性、复杂性、琐碎性等特点 ,探讨一种科学实用的方法对临床护理工作量进行量化。方法 采用护理操作项目时间量化法 ,根据护理时间、加权技术含量和风险系数确定各项操作分值 ;并对各项工作量以百分制赋分 ,从而获得各科室工作量分值 ,最终进行比较。统计采用SPSS统计软件。结果 各科室工作量分值有显著性差异。结论 分值量化法适用于临床护理。
Objective To seek a scientific and practical method of quantifying clinical nursing activities with a knowledge of variety,complexity and triviality.Methods Each nursing item was scored on the basis of the time consumed, taking into account of its technical content and risk coefficient.The amount of work was expressed in the form of percentage, on the basis of which the total amount of nursing work in each unit was calculated and compared. Statistical analysis was done by SPSS.Results The amount of nursing work in terms of percentage was significant different between units.Conclusion The method of measuring nursing work is useful for clinical nursing.
