摘要
目的观察针刺配合退热口服液治疗外感发热病的临床疗效。方法将225例患者随机分为两组,治疗组120例,采用针刺配合退热口服液治疗,对照组105例采用口服维C银翘片、大青叶片;儿童可口服板蓝根冲剂,必要时可静脉点滴治疗。两组均治疗5d后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合退热口服液治疗外感发热有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus antipyretic oral liquid in treating exopathic fever. Method Two hundred and twenty-five patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group of 120 cases received acupuncture plus antipyrefic oral liquid. The control group took orally vitamin C yinqiao tablets and Folium Isatidis tablets; the children could take isatis root granules orally and if necessary receive intravenous drip. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups after 5 days＇ treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 77.1% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus antipyretic oral liquid has a better therapeutic effect on exopathic fever.
