摘要
研究轧制方式对Mo-1钼板组织和性能的影响,交叉轧制可使钼板的延伸率显著提高,σ0.2和σs明显下降,加强了组织的均匀性和等轴性。交叉轧制的Mo-1钼板具有良好的深冲性能。
The effect of rolling method on micro,structure and properties of Mo-1 sheet was investigated. The results show that the elongation can be increased apparently by cross rolling, while the ultimate tensile strength and the yield strength are decreased. The uniformity and the spheroidicity of the microstructure are improved. The heat stamping experiment proves the deep drawing property of Mo-1 sheet.
