摘要
采用粉末冶金和轧制工艺制备TZM合金和掺镧TZM合金,通过对其分别在1000、1100、1200、1300、1400、1500、1600℃退火后样品的显微组织进行研究与对比,分析La2O3对TZM合金再结晶温度的影响机理。研究表明,TZM合金的再结晶温度为1100℃左右,La-TZM合金的再结晶温度为1200℃,La2O3在TZM合金的晶界处形成细小的第二相,阻碍了晶界的迁移,可提高TZM合金的再结晶温度,同时可提高晶界第二相的形核概率,且可细化晶粒。
TZM alloy and La doped TZM alloy sheets were prepared by powder metallurgy process and rolling, then annealed at 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 ℃, respectively. Effect of La2O3 on recrystallization temperature of TZM alloy was investigated by observing and comparing the annealed microstructure. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of La doped TZM alloy is 1200℃, while that of TZM alloy is 1100 ℃. The fine La2O3 second phases are distributed around grain boundaries and retard the migration of grain boundaries which raise the recrystallization temperature. At the same time, the La2O3 around grain boundaries increases the nucleation rate, and refines the grain.
