摘要
通过轧制和热处理工艺制备出了两种不同组织的钼镧合金板材,研究了该板材在1 700℃和1 800℃高温条件下的抗载荷弯曲性能。结果表明:采用常规工艺轧制和退火后生产的钼镧合金板材组织细小均匀,采用大变形量加工并提高温度进行完全再结晶退火后生产的钼镧合金板材形成了一种粗大的、燕尾搭接的再结晶组织;在1 700~1 800℃高温和相同载荷条件下测试时,粗大晶粒的钼镧合金板材具有优异的抗弯曲性能,其最大弯曲值小于常规热轧板材最大弯曲值的20%。
Two kinds of molybdenum- lanthanum alloy sheets were fabricated by rolling processing and heat treatment. The bend resistance of the sheets at 1700℃ and 1 800 ℃ were studied.. It was found that the sheet manufactured by conventional rolling process had fine and uniform microstructure, and the sheet rolled with large deformation rate showed coarse and large interlocked grains, and also, the maximum bend space of the later sheet was not more than 20 percent of that of the former sheet when they were tested under the same conditions.
