摘要
以两种不同费氏粒度的二氧化钼为原料,分别在不同的温度变化趋势下对其进行了氢气还原,分析讨论了温度变化趋势对二氧化钼氢还原钼粉的影响。结果表明:在二氧化钼还原钼粉的过程中,粒度具有"遗传性"。还原过程中温度变化趋势对还原钼粉的微观组织形貌及理化性能有着很大的影响,先高温后低温还原工艺所得样品的颗粒形貌和分散性要优于先低温后高温的还原工艺,粒度和氧含量也要小(低)于先低温后高温的还原工艺。
Two different Fsss molybdenum dioxide as raw materials, hydrogen reduction are performed in two different temperature trends. The impact of temperature trend changes on hydrogen reduction molybdenum powder by molybdenum dioxide. The particle sizes have a "hereditary" feature in molybdenum powder reduction process by molybdenum dioxide. Temperature'trend has a great impact on restoring the microstructure of molybdenum powder morphology and physical-chemical properties. Particle morphology and dispersion of samples out of reduction process with downward temperatures are more favorable than those out of reduction process with upward temperatures. Particle size and oxygen content of the former process are smaller than those to the latter orocess.
