摘要
目的:建立珍黄丸中黄芩苷含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为北京迪马Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(5μm,250mm×4.6 mm)柱,流动相为:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长280nm。结果:浓度在6~120mg·L^(-1)范围内,黄芩苷峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率为95.8%~102.9%。结论:方法简便可靠,能够满足珍黄丸中黄芩苷的含量测定要求。
Objective : To develop an RP - HPLC method for determination of baicalin in zhenghuang pills. Methotis: The chromatographic conditions were : DiamonsilTM C18 ( 5 μm, 250 mm × 4. 6 mm ) column; mobile phase was methanol - water - phosphoric acid (47: 53:0. 2 ) ; detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 6 - 120 mg·L^-1and the recoveries of baiealin were 95.8% - 102. 9%. Conclusions :The method is simple and accurate.
