摘要
为了了解硅油对视网膜有无远期影响，对眼内注射硅油的４个兔眼视网膜作光、电镜检查，观察时间在注油后７和１０月。结果在视网膜内未见到乳化硅油小滴，视网膜结构基本正常。结论：在１０月内眼内注射硅油对兔眼视网膜无明显损害。
PURPOSE In order to understand long-term effect of silicone oil on the structure of retina, the retinal structure of 4 rabbit eye balls, into whose intraocular cavity silicone oil were injected,was observed under light and electron microscope. METHODS The structure of retina was essentially normal at 7 and 10 months after injection.RESULTS No evidence of silicone-containing vacuoles with the retina was found and other complications as well.CONCLUSIONS Intraocular silicone oil injection has no apparent damage on the structure of rabbits retina duration 10 months after injection.
