摘要
原子吸收光谱分析技术是基于蒸汽相中待测元素的基态原子对其辐射的吸收强度来测定样品中该元素含量的一种测量速度快、精密度高的仪器分析方法。文章重点介绍了原子吸收光谱分析技术的原理、仪器装置及其在环境化学、医学卫生、食品分析中的应用。
Atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) is a instrument analyzing method which has fast testing speed and high sophistication. It is used for testing the content of the chemical element based on the absorbing strength of radiation that ground state atomic which in chemical element in steam make. this paper introduces briefly the principles and the applications in the field of environment chemistry, medical science hygiene, and food analysis.
