摘要
全球金融监管框架的发展 ,已经越来越注重激励相容 ,强调金融机构的商业目标与监管机构的监管目标的一致和协调。本文分析了当前全球金融监管的演变趋势和主要特征 ,提出了进一步完善中国金融监管体制 ,为金融机构、特别是新兴的金融机构、区域性的金融机构提供更大的发展空间的对策思路。
In order to develop global financial supervisory frame, it is necessary to pay attention to prompting, to emphasize the accordance and harmony of the commercial target of financial institution and the supervisory target of supervisory institution. This paper analyzes the evolvement trend and primary characteristics of current global financial supervision, puts forward countermeasures to consummate Chinese financial supervisory system, to provide financial institution, especially rising financial institution and regional financial institution, with larger development space.
