摘要
用MSC/superform软件对复杂杯形件温挤压工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了凹模圆角及摩擦系数对挤压过程的影响,从而为优化模具设计,合理制定工艺提供了依据。
The warm extrusion ofcomplex cup part has been simulated by software MSC/superform with analysis of the influence of matrix cone angle and friction coefficient on the warm extrusion hence dependable reference to the mould optimization and technology formulation.
