摘要
利用有限元分析软件MSC/Superform来模拟履带板挤压成形过程,分析了变形温度、摩擦系数、挤压速度对成形过程的影响,优化了工艺参数,为履带板工艺的制定提供了依据。
Numerical simulation of tracklayer extrusion process has been carried out by MSC/Superform.The effects of deforming temperture,friction cofficient and extrusion velocity on shaping process have been analyzed hence technology parameters optimized, resulting in basic foundation for the choice of technology extrusion of tracklayer.
