摘要
分析了钢质药筒挤压件的基本结构,比较了其不同的成形方法。通过计算机模拟,研究了冷挤压时金属的流动情况,设计了合理的成形工艺和模具,得到了满足精度要求的药筒挤压件产品,实现了预期目标。
By analyzing the basic structure of a steel cartridge,this paper compared different forming methods. Through computer simulation,it studied the flowing of metal in cold extrusion of the cartridge,designed reasonable forming process and die. The products that can meet the precision requirement have been obtained and the desired objectives have been achieved.
