摘要
为解决原料油中镍和钒对FCC催化剂的污染,研制了用磷改性的活性氧化铝和一种金属复合氧化物ABO3,将它们按一定比例加到流化催化裂化(FCC)催化剂基质中,对其改性。试验结果表明,可以显著提高FCC催化剂的抗重金属污染能力,与未加改性剂的原基质催化剂相比较,在催化剂中镍含量为3000μg/g、钒含量为5000μg/g的条件下,微反活性指数可增加4~5个单位,比积炭量可降低30%~40%。
The study of passivation of nickel and vanadium on FCC catalyst by modified aluminaand ABO3, a synthesized complex oxide, showed that the matrix of FCC catalyst containing modified alumina and ABO, posseses high metal tolerance ability. The activity of the FCC catalyst prepared by usingthe new matrix after metal contamination (3 000 ppm Ni and 5 000 ppm V) can be increased by 4 to 5 unitsand the specific coke formation can be reduced by 30% to 40% than that of the catalyst without modified alumina and ABO3.
