摘要
以原位晶化法合成的含足量NaY分子筛的微球(20~150μm)是一种用于制备先进催化裂化催化剂极为重要的"微球型前驱体"。总结了原位晶化工艺、导向剂组成和制备方法、晶化体系组成等对原位晶化"微球型前驱体"性能的影响,介绍了近期原位晶化技术的研究进展,并结合实验室近期研究结果,探讨了原位晶化法制备"微球型前驱体"存在的问题及发展前景。
Abstract: Micro-spheres (20 - 150 μm) with a sufficient amount of Y zeolite synthesized by in-situ crystallization technique from kaolin clay are the important micro-sphere-precursor for obtaining excellent FCC catalyst. In this paper, the impacts of in-situ crystallization steps, composition and preparation techniques of initiators, composition of the crystallizing reaction systems and other aspects over the properties of the catalysts from micro-sphere-precursor have been reviewed. Recent progress in the in-situ crystallizing technique has also been discussed. Combined with the results obtained in our laboratory, the problems and prospect of the in-situ crystallizing techniques for preparing micro-sphere-precursor are given.
