摘要
报道了NS-58多功能脱硫钝化剂在催化装置上的应用.使用效果表明,NS-58多功能脱硫剂具有降低催化裂化汽油中硫的功能,同时具有优越的钝化重金属的效果.在加工原料硫含量为1.45%～2.35%的条件下,可降低催化裂化汽油中的硫达28%,并且在保持系统催化剂活性稳定的前提下,可降低催化剂的单耗11%,对目标产品无影响.
The application of multi - functional desulfurizer NS- 58 developed by Nanjing Petrochemical Company to a FCC unit in Maoming Petrochemical Company was presented. Lewis acid in this desulfurizer could decrease the sulfur content in FCC gasoline. Meanwhile the passivator in the desulfurizer showed excellent passivation effect on heavy metals. The sulfur content of FCC gasoline could be reduced by 28% if the original sulfur content was about 1.45%～2.35%. This desulfurizer could maintain stable catalyst activity. Furthermore, it could decrease catalyst unit consumption by 11% and had no adverse effect on end product.
