摘要
详细介绍了CA 2000流化催化裂化(FCC)催化剂在扬州石油化工厂采用中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的ARGG技术的FCC装置上的应用情况。工业应用结果表明,CA 2000催化剂具有较强的重油转化能力,产品选择性好焦炭产率低,液态烃收率高,抗重金属污染能力较强,可以满足原油性能变差、重油掺炼比提高后工厂的实际生产要求。
The application of CA-2000 fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalyst, developed by Changling Refinery & Chemical Co., Ltd. , in a unit employing ARGG techniquedeveloped by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing(RIPP), was described. The commercial application results showed that the catalyst featured strong heavy oil cracking ability, higher selectivity to desired products, low coke yield, higher LPG yield, and higher tolerance to heavy metal contamination, which met the requirements arising from declining crude oil quality and higher mixing fraction of heavy oil .
