摘要
玉米穗中提取的玉米穗多糖精品对四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病小鼠有预防作用,并且用该品100mg/kg和400mg/kg给正常及糖尿病小鼠灌胃时,均可导致血糖下降,正常小鼠最多可降低46.3%,而糖尿病小鼠最多可降低54.1%。
An experimental diabetic model was induced by ip of alloxan monohydrate(320mg/kg),Polysaccharides,isolated from Ear of maize, administered 4 hours prior to alloxan,was able to decrease blood glucose level in mice about 43.5% 72 hours after the injection of alloxan.The blood gluose level in normal mice and alloxan-induced mice were significantly reduced by the drug,The effect of the drug was most obvious in 3~7 hours after administration of the polysaccharides.The results show that the polysaccharides from ear of maize may have cytoprotection effect on B-Cells of pancreatic islets in mice and therapeutic effect on artificial diabetes.
