ocoction of Herb Lycopus lucydus (HLL) remarkedly prolonged blood coatulation time in mice, reduced artery-vein thrombus weight and inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vivo. HLL also delayed recalcification time(RT), kaolin part thromhoplastin time (KPTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT) in rabbits, and Increasedantithrombin, but have no effects on fibrinolyte system and vasomotoricity.
