摘要
35CrMnSiA钢采煤机截齿加热至 930℃在 10 %NaOH碱液中淬火 ,可以获得较多的板条马氏体。通过对截齿冲击韧度、小能量多冲击抗力和截齿工作状况的分析 ,发现 35CrMnSiA钢在 370℃~ 4 10℃之间存在回火脆性 ,采用 4 2 5℃回火 ,截齿强韧性较好。截齿采用先热处理而后分层堆焊的工艺 ,其强度、硬度和耐磨性都得到提高。
The sheare-picks made of 35CrMnSiA steel can gain more lath martensite when heated at 930℃ and quenched in 10%NaOH.The impact toughness,the multi-times impact strength with small energy,and the working state of picks were analyzed.The results show that temper brittleness of 35CrMnSiA steel occurred in range of 370℃ and 410℃,and tempering at 425℃ can obtain high strength and toughness of the picks.The strength,hardness and wear resistance of picks can improve after the heat treating and the subsequent by layers surfacing.
