摘要
目的:观察益气活血化瘀通腑方对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的影响。方法:分别选取桂枝茯苓丸及鱼精蛋白做阳性对照,生理盐水做阴性对照,观察不同剂量益气活血化瘀通腑方对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜血管生成的影响。结果与结论:该方具有抑制CAM血管生成的作用,且作用大小呈剂量依赖关系。
Objective：To observe the effect of ＂Yiqihuoxue Huayutongfu Decoction＂ on neovaseularization and growth of ehorioallantoic membrane （CAM）, Menthods：Guizhifuling, Capsule and Protamine were used as the positive control groups, and normal sodium as negative control group. The neovascularization and growth of the CAM were observed in different groups. Results and condusious： This Decoction can inhibit the neovascularization and growth of CAM, in which the effect is dependent on doses.
