摘要
采取开放复位，通过上颊沟和冠状切口显露骨折部位，沿原骨折线撬开，移动上颌骨至正常位置，再通过颌间牵引恢复伤前咬合关系，然后在鼻上颌、颧上颌支柱折断部位用微型接骨板和螺钉固定。对合并下颌骨骨折者，在上颌骨骨折复位手术同时应先予以解剖复位和加压内固定。治疗上颌骨骨折３８例，术后面形及咬合恢复满意。
Open reduction was employed in the treatment of maxillary fracture in 38 cases. The fractured segments were exposed through upper gingivobuccal sulcus and coronal incisions, The fracture segments were exposed through upper gingivobucal sulcus and coronal incisisos, prized along fracture line and moved to normal position. The normal occlusion was restored by temporary intermaxillary traction. The fractured bones at nosomaxillary and zygomaticomaxillary buttress were stabilized using microplate and screw fixation. In the case of maxillary fracture with mandible fracture, anatomical reduction and compressive plate fixation of mandible fracture was completed first. Profile and occlusion were restored in all the cases, and, on the whole, there was no need for intermaxillary fixation and/or craniofacial suspension.
