摘要
目的观察微型接骨板治疗颌面部骨折的效果。方法应用微型接骨板内固定治疗颌面部骨折45例,对术后伤口愈合情况、咬合关系、张口度、张口型、体重等进行观察。结果42例伤口Ⅰ期愈合、咬合关系良好44例,术后6个月张口度均在3.0cm以上,张口型无明显偏斜,体重无明显下降。结论微型接骨板内固定是治疗颌面部骨折的一种较好方法,有利于伤口愈合和咀嚼功能的早日恢复。
Objective: To observe the effects of miniplate in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture. Methods: 45 cases of maxillofacial fracture were be treated with miniplate. The conditions of healing, occlusion, mouth_open and body weight were be observed. Results: Wounds healing of 42 patients were by first intention. Fourty_four patients had normal occlusion. Six months later, mouth_open was normal, the type of which had no obvious leaning and the body weight had not lost. Conclusions: Using miniplates fixation is a good method in treating maxillofcaial fracture.It is beneficial to an early masticatory founction and general conditions.
