摘要
对２１例下颌骨骨折患者应用微型接骨板行骨内固定治疗．结果表明：此方法可消除传统治疗方法治疗的缺点，而且简单、实用，能即时修复和重建被破坏的解剖结构，增加骨折固位的稳定性，减少住院时间。
This clinical study involved 21 patients with multiple mandibular fractures. The results showed that miniplate could avoid defects caused by traditional treatment of maxillomandlible filxation, transosseous wiring and dynamic compression plate . The method was convenient and effective, promoting repairing and reconstruction of local broken anatomy, increased the stability of fixation for patients with bone fracture. The period of hospitalization was minimized. It was demonstrated that the method was useful and helpful for recovering of patients.
