摘要
村干部所做的工作有12项,考虑到其本身的素质,从19个方面对村干部进行考核。每项指标的权重是根据对村民和村干部的调查确定的。建议由村民代表给村干部打分,然后根据权重计算总分。依据每个村干部的得分,村民和上级主管部门可准确客观地考核和评价村干部,并以此作为奖惩村干部的重要依据。
The works that village cadres do are 12 kinds. We think that village cadres should be checked from 19 aspects including their works and quality. The proportion of 19 aspects is decided by villagers and cadres together. Every cadre's mark is given by the representatives of villagers. The villagers and government can evaluate the village cadres exactly. The village cadres can be rewarded or punished according to their marks.
