摘要
现代渔业是渔业发展的一个新阶段,有着经营形式多样化、经营规模扩大化、经营手段现代化、经营过程长期化、经营目标多元化的特征。综合考虑我国现代渔业发展现状和发展要求,借鉴国内外专家学者的研究成果,现代渔业综合发展水平评价指标体系可由涵盖渔业投入水平、渔业产出水平、渔业产业化水平等8个方面一级指标以及32项二级指标构建而成,其综合全面、客观可行、容易操作,能为准确、合理的对我国现代渔业综合发展水平进行定量评测提供参考和帮助。
This article defined and described the meaning and characteristics of modem fisheries, and taken into consideration the development of modem fisheries status and development requirements, using the outcomes of domestic and foreign experts and scholars for reference, it build an evaluation system that covering 8 aspects and 32 indicators, which is comprehensive, objective and practical, and easy to operate, so it would be helpful for reviewing the development of China＇s modem fisheries accurately and reasonably
