摘要
通过对宁波市"两市两区"5镇50个自然村地问卷调查和分析,发现宁波市行政村干部年龄结构不合理、文化程度偏低,村干部工作的主要内容变化较大,对村干部需要强化激励,对村干部的考核不仅要严格与量化,更要科学合理。同时,要注意村后备干部的培养,建立和完善对村干部工作的长效监督机制。
This paper is based on a questionnaire study targeted the 50 natural villages of Ningbo.It finds such problems with the village cadres as unreasonable age structure,low level of education and dynamic changing nature of their work.It concludes that the incentive system needs to be strengthened and that a rigid and scientific performance assessment system based on quantification needs to be put in place.Meanwhile,efforts must be made to nurture reserve carders and a sound long-term supervision system needs to be established.
