口腔鳞状细胞癌c-erbB-2免疫组化研究

摘要 目的探讨c-erbB-2在口腔鳞状细胞癌鳞状细胞癌中的表达。方法应用免疫组化S-P法结合枸椽酸—微波技术,对65例经甲醛固定石腊包埋的鳞状细胞癌标本进行基因产物检测。结果c-erbB-2阳性表达率为77%,31例癌旁上皮中阳性率为64.5%。结论本组口腔鳞状细胞癌经微波预处理后,c-erbB-2呈高度表达,随肿瘤分化程度增高而升高,对判断癌前状态具有重要意义。
