摘要
目的:建立感冒咳嗽颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定绿原酸的含量。结果:本方法线性关系良好,绿原酸的平均回收率为98.98%,RSD为0.83%。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好,能排除其它成分的干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。
Objective： To establish the determination method of chlorogenic acid in Ganmao Kesou Granules. Methods： The contents of chlorogenic acid in Gannmao Kesou Granules were determined by HPLC, Results ： The linear relation was good, The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.98% ,RSD was 0.83%. Conclusion ： The method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules.
