摘要
目的 检测颈椎灵口服液中芍药苷的含量。方法 采用HPLC法,ODS-C18柱,乙腈-水(15:85)为流动相。 结果 该法线性关系良好(r=0．9998),其平均回收率为98．8％,RSD为1．7％。结论 该法简单、准确、重现性好,可作为 该制剂的质量控制指标。
Objective： Determination of Paeoniflorin in Jingzhuiling oral liquid. Methods： The HPLC use silica which w asbond-jointed with octodecyl silanes as an packing material, CH3 CN2H2O（ 15： 58）as a mobile phase. Results;The linearity ot this method was very satisfactory （r= 0. 9998）. The average sample-adding recovery rate was 98. 8% （RSD = 1.7%）. Conclusion：This method was simple, accurate, reproducable, and available for quality control of the oral liquid.
