摘要
目的 建立芩莲葛根片中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 ) ,检测波长 2 5 0nm。结果 此法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 .2 %。结论 方法简便可靠 ,分离度好 。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of puerarin in Qinlian gegen tablets.METHOD Using the method of HPLC. On an ODS column, puerarin was separated by using methanol-water(25∶75) as a mobile phase. The UV detector was set at 250nm.RESULTS The calibration curve showed good linearity. The average recovery of puerarin was 100.2%, RSD=1.6%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, reapid and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Qinlian gegen tablets.
