摘要
目的:建立顺气通腑合剂中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。Symmetry C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15),检测波长为254 nm。结果:本方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.20%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于测定顺气通腑合剂中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。
Objective： To establish the content determination method of emodin and chrysophanol in Shunqitongfu Mixture.Methods： High performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） and column of Symmetry C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）,mobile phase of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（85∶ 15） and detection wavelength of 254 nm were used for the content determination.Results： The linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 99.20%.Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate,which can be used for the content determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Shunqi Tongfu Mixture.
