摘要
目的了解护理人员和患者对护理精神文化的认知差异。方法采用自行设计的问卷对516名护士和500例患者就其对护理精神文化的认知进行问卷调查。结果护患双方对护理工作的评价标准、护理服务的目的、护理服务的动机(除护士的爱心、同情心外)的认知存在显著性差异(均P<0.01)。结论护患双方对护理精神文化的认知存在较大分歧,应采取多种方法和措施,增进护患双方对精神文化认知的一致性,构建更加和谐的护患关系。
Objective To comprehend the difference in cognition on nursing spiritual culture between nurses and patients. Methods A total of 516 nurses and 500 patients were investigated in terms of nursing spiritual culture by using a selfdesigned questionnaire, Results The cognition on evaluation standard of nursing work, purpose and motive of nursing service were found to have significant differences between nurses and patients（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Measures and methods should be adopted to achieve the consistency in cognition on nursing spiritual culture between nurses and patients, and to construct more harmonious relationship between them.
