摘要
学习型组织理论,是当今世界最前沿的管理理论之一,医院作为知识密集型组织,创建学习型医院,要把学习作为强院之本,从战略高度给予重视。我们在加强医院文化建设过程中积极运用和实践学习型组织理论,在创建学习型医院方面进行了有益的探索和实践。
The theory of learning organization is one of the newest management theories in the world.As knowledge-intensive organization,hospital must give serious consideration to the construction of learning hospital from a strategic perspective.We actively used and practiced the theory of learning organization and had a useful exploration.
