摘要
目的观察痛痹方含药血清对体外培养的乳兔关节软骨细胞和MMP-3与TIMP-1的影响。方法采用体外培养的乳兔软骨细胞为干预对象,并加入10μg/LIL-1建立变性软骨细胞损伤模型,制备痛痹方含药血清作为干预措施,培养48h后,采用MTT比色法检测软骨细胞增殖,ELISA法测定分离的上清培养液中MMP-3和TIMP-1含量。结果不同浓度的痛痹方含药血清均能拮抗IL-1抑制软骨细胞增殖,降低MMP-3/TIMP-1,与空白血清对照均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论痛痹方血清能拮抗IL-1抑制软骨细胞增殖,下调软骨细胞MMP-3/TIMP-1。
Objective To investigate the effects of serum containing ＂Tongbi Decoction＂ on in vitro articular chondrocyte generation and the levels of MMP-3 and TIMP-1. Methods The serum was added to culture medium of rabbit articular chandrocyte and the generation of ehondrocyte was detected, and the levels of MMP-3 and TIMP-1 was determined. Results The serum could upgrade chondrocyte proliferation and degrade MMP-3/TIMP-1. Conclusion The Decoction can upgrade chandrocyte proliferation and degrade MMP-3/TIMP-1 .
