摘要
目的:探讨中药生脉片防治骨性关节炎的作用机制。方法:通过体外软骨细胞培养的方法,应用IL-1β诱导软骨细胞产生内源性NO,分空白对照组、生脉组、L-NAME组和IL-1β组观察生脉片对软骨细胞一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。结果:生脉组和L-NAME组的NOS活性明显低于IL-1β组(P<0.01)。结论:生脉片能够抑制IL-1β诱导软骨细胞合成NOS,具有防治骨性关节炎的作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Shengmai tablet, a traditional Chinese medicine, in preventing osteoarthritis. Method: the chondrocyte plates were divided into four groups: Blank control group, Shengmai group, L-NAME group and IL-1β group. The effect of Shengmai tablet on NOS by chondrocyte culture in vitro and the endogenous NO secreted by IL-1β induced chondrocytes was observed. Result: the NOS activity of Shengmai group and L-NAME group were obviously lower than that of IL-1β group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Shengmai tablet can inhibit NOS synthesis of chondrocytes induced by IL-1β, and can prevent and cure osteoarthritis.
