摘要
目的观察槲皮素对兔软骨细胞增殖的影响。方法采用白介素-1β(IL-1β)体外诱导兔软骨细胞,建立变性兔软骨细胞模型,将其分为空白组、模型组、30μmol/L槲皮素组、60μmol/L槲皮素组、120μmol/L槲皮素组。采用MTT比色法检测软骨细胞的增殖情况。结果模型组吸光度值显著低于空白组(P<0.01),说明IL-1β能够显著抑制软骨细胞的增殖,兔变性软骨细胞模型建立成功。模型组及不同浓度槲皮素组组间相比,吸光度值均有显著性差异(P<0.01),不同浓度的槲皮素均可明显促进变性软骨细胞的增殖,其增殖作用与槲皮素组浓度呈正相关。结论槲皮素能够显著促进IL-1β体外诱导兔软骨细胞的增殖,槲皮素具有防治骨关节炎的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of quercetin on chondrocyte proliferation of rabbits. Methods The degenerated rabbit chondrocyte model was established with interleukin - 1 beta in vitro. The model cells were divided into the blank group, the model group,30tmoL/L quercetin group,60l.moL/L quercetin group and 120ptmoL/L quercetin group. Chondrocyte proliferation was detected by MTr assay. Results Absorbance (OD) value in the model group was decreased (P 〈 0.01 ) compared with that in the blank group). It referred that IL- 13 can inhibits chondrocyte proliferation to establish the degenerated chondrocyte model. The differences of absorbance (OD) value among all quercetin groups and the model group were significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). It refered that different concentration of quercetin can obviously promote the degenerated chondrocyte proliferation, the proliferation effect being positively correlated with its concentration. Conclusion Quercetin can obviously promote the chondrocyte proliferation induced by IL - 1 13 in rabbits, and quercetin has the function of prevention and control of osteoarthritis.
