摘要
研究以115所"211"高校大学校长的基本信息作为样本数据,以曾工作单位性质、海外工作经历、担任副校长经历、他校工作经历、社会兼职经历作为大学校长职业背景的主要指标,对中国大学校长的职业背景进行了实证研究。研究发现:绝大部分大学校长来自高校系统、有担任副校长的经历、有海外工作经历、在各种组织中担任社会职务,半数大学校长有在其他学校工作的经历,大学校长的职业经历比较单一。
This article provides an empirically analyses the professional backgrounds of 115 presidents of different universities based on their nature of their work unit, the experiences of overseas Working, the experiences of being vice-presidents, the experiences of working in the other universities, and their general social work experiences, of the 115 university presidents, With the expectation of doing researches on the overall status of university presidents,it is found that most of the university presidents come from within the system of universities and their career experiences indicate an unfavorable simplicity.
