摘要
基于计算机、现代通信及互联网等技术,实现由航标信息GIS平台子系统、航标监控子系统及航标信息发布子系统等三大部分组成的一体化航标信息系统.实现了基于电子海图基础数据的航标信息发布新技术,有力地促进了航标日常管理与维护,为船舶及涉海部门及时、准确、方便获取航标信息提供了技术保障.
This thesis researched on the application of computer, modern communication, GIS, GPS, AIS and World-Wide-Web in the field of navigation-aids information system, and has realized an integrated system consisting of navigation-aids information GIS platform, navigation-aids monitoring system and navigation-aids information distribution system. This system had the strong integration capability, and realized navigation-aids information distribution based on WEBGIS at first time. It strongly promote navigation-aids daily management and maintenance, and technique guarantee for ships and marine departments to acquire navigation-aids information in time, by rule and line and expediently.
