摘要
在长江航道建设智能航道的过程中,虚拟航标一方面可实现临时快速设标、标识特殊水域、优化特殊河段航标配布等现有功能;另一方面可通过对其功能进行拓展,充分发挥成本低、速设置、无碍航行等优势,是实体航标的重要补充和改进。在其未来发展中,还须解决专用AIS通讯基站及网络的建设、虚拟航标与实体航标共存及虚拟航标规模应用后航道管理模式变化等问题。
It is a new navigation aids application technology based on AIS technology. During construction of intelligent waterway in the Yangtze River, virtual navigation aids, as an important supplement and improvement of real navigation aids, on one hand, can be used in temporary and rapidly setting navigation aids, marking special water area and optimizing the distribution of navigation aids in special reach based on its existing functions, on the other hand, can be expanded in functions due to its advantages of low cost, rapid installation and hinder navigation. The problems of constructing specific AIS telecommunication base station and network, coexistence of virtual and real navigation aids and changes of waterway management should be solved in the future development.
