摘要
借助于全球定位系统、现代移动通信技术和计算机网络技术的发展,船舶自动识别系统(AIS)具有识别船舶、协助追踪目标、简化信息交流并提供其他辅助信息以避免碰撞发生等功能,对于加强海上交通管理,提高航行安全以及保护海洋环境都具有重要意义。文章对AIS设备的正确安装、设置和使用的要求作了详细的阐述。
AIS can be used to identify ships, assist in traeking target,simplify the information system and offer other assistant information by the GPS,communication and information technology to avoid the occurrence of collisions.It also can strengthen the safety management of traffic as well as to protect the marine environment.This paper deseribes the problems that we should put more importance when AIS is installed,set up and used.
