摘要
为了使船舶航行更加安全,采用自动识别系统技术、网络电子海图技术、无线通信技术及数据库技术,利用监测的航标数据及AIS船舶数据,结合航标基础数据,在WEB-ECDIS航标助航信息管理平台上,整合其他航标助航信息,通过AIS电文6、8、12、14、21进行发布,以实现航标助航信息服务.
In this paper,we adopted technologies of AIS,WEB-ECDIS,radio communication and database,used aids to navigation monitoring data and the AIS ship monitoring data,considered basic data of aids to navigation,and integrated other navigation-aids information to release navigation-aids information of aids to navigation by AIS messages 6,8,12,14,21 in WEB-ECDIS navigation-aids information management platform.With this system,navigation-aids information services of aids to navigation could be realized,which would contribute to the safe navigation of the ship.
