摘要
以甲磺酸和甲磺酸盐为催化剂,由巴豆醛和乙醇合成了巴豆醛缩二乙醇。结果表明,甲磺酸(盐)对巴豆醛与无水乙醇的缩合反应均有较好的催化活性。在n(巴豆醛):n(无水乙醇)=1:6,甲磺酸用量0.5~0.8 mL(占总投料量摩尔比的0.92%~1.4%),回流温度下反应1.0 h时,巴豆醛缩二乙醇的收率可达88.7%。
The synthesis of trans 2-butenal diethyl acetal from trans-2-butenal with ethanol by using methanesulfonic acid or methylsulfonate as catalysts was investigated. The experimental results indicated that methylsufonic acid and methylsulfonate (M=Ni, Mn, Zn ,Cu) had good catalytic activity for the acetalization. Under the optimal reaction conditions: molar ratio n(C4 H60) : n(CH3CH2OH) 1:6, methylsufonic acid 0.5-0.8 mL, refluxing temperature and reaction time 1.0 h, the yield of trans-2-butenal diethyl acetal reached 88.7%.
