摘要
通过钝化模拟试验,研究了不同材质阳极板对甲磺酸盐镀锡板阴极电解钝化膜铬含量和耐蚀性的影响,并着重考察了梅钢现行的3种钝化工艺下,低碳钢阳极板锈蚀对镀锡板钝化效果的影响。结果表明,铂网和二氧化铱阳极对镀锡板的钝化效果最好,所得钝化膜铬含量高、耐蚀性好;低碳钢和不锈钢阳极的效果相近,但不如前两者;石墨和钛阳极所得钝化膜的性能最差。综合考虑成本和钝化膜性能,选择低碳钢板作为镀锡板钝化阳极较佳。低碳钢阳极板被锈蚀后,所得钝化膜的耐蚀性下降,耐烘烤能力减弱,因此实际生产中应加强对阳极板的维护。
The effects of anode plates made of different materials on the chromium content and corrosion resistance of cathodic electrolytic passivation film on tinplates obtained from a methanesulfonate bath were studied through simulation test. The passivation effectiveness when using rusted low-carbon steel anode in three processes for different purposes currently applied in Meishan Iron & Steel Co. were examined. The results showed that the passivation effectiveness is the best when using platinum mesh or iridium oxide- coated titanium plate as anode as shown by a high chromium content and excellent corrosion resistance. The passivation effectiveness when using low-carbon steel and stainless steel anodes are similar but not as good as the two mentioned materials. The performance of passivation film is the worst for graphite or titanium anode. It is preferred to using low-carbon steel plate as anode for passivation of tinplate in comprehensive consideration of cost and film performance. The corrosion resistance and baking resistance of passivation film are decreased after the rusting of low-carbon steel anode. The maintenance of anode plate should be strengthened in practical production.
