摘要
通过阴极电解钝化模拟试验,考察了不同pH的25g/LNa_2Cr_2O_7钝化液对甲磺酸盐镀锡板钝化膜的铬含量与耐蚀性的影响,并通过X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和扫描开尔文探针(SKP)测试,研究了钝化膜主要组成和钝化膜均匀性。结果表明,钝化液pH在4.2附近时,钝化膜铬含量、耐蚀性、均匀性均最优。
The effect ofpH ofpassivation bath composed of 25 g/L Na2Cr2O7 on chromium content and corrosion resistance of the passivation film on tinplate obtained by methanesulfonate tin plating was examined by simulated experiment of cathodic electrolytic passivation. The main composition and uniformity of the passivation film were studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning Kelvin probe (SKP) technique. The results showed that the chromium content, corrosion resistance and uniformity of passivation film are the best when passivation is conducted at about pH = 4.2.
