The structure of 4-( 3-methoxyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-phthalazin-l-one ( OO - DPHZ) was determined by NMR spectroscopy and MS spectrometry. The ^1H and ^13C chemical shifts of the compound were assigned using two dimensional NMR spectroscopy, including gCOSY, gHSQC and gHMBC.
