Poly (aryl ether ketone)s are novel kinds of heatresistance resins. It has been greatly developed since PEEK was commercialized by ICI Co. of the United Kingdom in 1980. This paper emphatically reviews the structual characters and the main development of poly (aryl ether ketone)s. Its applications and developing tendency are also summerized with 18 reference.
