摘要
膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发生和发展与环境因素、遗传因素及其交互作用等密切相关。本文综述了Ⅰ、Ⅱ相代谢酶基因和DNA修复基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系,重点讨论了CYP1A1、CYP1A2、CYP2C19、CYP2D6、CYP2E1、NAT1、NAT2、GSTM1和XRCC1基因多态性与膀胱癌的相关性。
Bladder cancer is one of the most common urological malignant tumors. Recent studies reveal that the development and progression of bladder cancer are related to environmental factors, genetic polymorphisms and the interaction of gene-environment. In this article, the polymorphisms of phase Ⅰ , Ⅱ metabolism and DNA repair genes are reviewed. The article empharizes on the relationship between bladder cancer and some susceptible genes, such as CYP1A1, CYP1A2, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP2E1, NAT1, NAT2, GSTM1, XRCC1 and so on.
