摘要
目的 观察CYP2C19遗传多态性与膀胱癌易感性之间的关系。 方法 根据CYP2C19两个突变位点和ASA原理设计PCR引物 ,对 5 0例膀胱癌患者和 70例正常对照者进行CYP2C19基因分型。 结果 膀胱癌组CYP2C19慢代谢者 2例 ,正常对照组慢代谢者 11例 ;两组间比较差别有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 CYP2C19可能参与膀胱癌前致癌物的活化。
Objective To clarify the relationship between cytochrome P450 2C19(CYP2C19) genetic polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility. Methods Four pairs of PCR primers were designed according to CYP2C19 wild type sequence and the mutations in CYP2C19m1 and CYP2C19m2 by the principle of ASA. The method was employed to genotype CYP2C19 of 50 bladder cancer patients and 70 normal controls. Results 2 CYP2C19 poor metabolizers were found in bladder cancer patients whereas 11 CYP2C19 poor metabolizers were found in controls( P <0.05). Conclusions This result suggested that CYP2C19 might involve in the activation of procarcinogen of bladder cancer.
