阿莫西林对灯盏花乙素血药浓度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究口服抗生素药物对中药有效成分血药浓度的影响。方法用HPLC-ECD方法测定阿莫西林和灯盏花乙素合并给药组与灯盏花乙素单独给药组的血药浓度,比较两者的药动学参数。结果阿莫西林和灯盏花乙素合并给药组的ρ_(max)= (9.58±3.12)μg·L^(-1),AUC_(0-24h)=(83.67±20.17)μg·h·L^(-1);灯盏花乙素单独给药组的ρ_(max)=(26.57±10.89)μg·L^(-1),AUC_(0~24h)=(184.93±49.38)μg·h·L^(-1)。结论两者药动学参数存在显著性差异(P<0.05),口服抗生素类药物阿莫西林严重影响灯盏花乙素的血药浓度,提醒临床医生和患者应合理用药。 OBJECTIVE To study the influence of oral antibiotics on the scutellarin plasma concentration in rats. METHODS The rats were divided into two groups: One group was given with scutellarin individually, and the other group was given with amoxicillin and scutellarin in combination. The plasma was analyzed by HPLC with electrochemical detection (ECD). The phannacokinetic parameters were calculated and compared. RESULTS The pharmacokinetic parameters of combined administration group were ρmax = ( 9.58 ± 3. 12 ) μg· L^- 1, AUC0-24 h = (83.67 ± 20. 17 )μg· h· L^-1 ; while the pharmacokinetic parameters of individual administration group were ρmax = (26.57 ± 10.89) μg·L^-1,AUC0-24h = (184.93±49.38) μg·h·L^-1 . CONCLUSION The main pharmacokinetic parameters show significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Antibiotics amoxicillin orally influences the scutellarin plasma concentration seriously.
